The item must be purchased directly from mabit.shop.
Exceptions
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Discounted or Sale Items: Products purchased at a discount or during promotional events.
Custom or Personalized Products: T-shirts or sneakers with custom designs (e.g., personalized prints or engravings), unless the item is defective as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Your preferred resolution (store credit, exchange, or refund).

Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item (within 5-7 business days), we will:

Provide store credit via email.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

5. Refunds
